You need to go to another nearby hotel to check in and get the keys. But the owners worked with us to do an online check in, the previous day, and left the key for us at the location in a secure box. "The view to the lake it’s beautiful. The apartment is ok. I found many spiders in the apartment, balcony and hall. There was no dish sponge, hand soap and just a little toilet paper. I wish there was a microwave. I kept bumping my head on the ceiling every time I was going to sit on the sofa. I really liked that there was plenty storage space. "Great views to the lake and mountains with a friendly and helpful host. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped. We enjoyed cycling the many quiet tracks, used the bus to Fussen and train to Kempten, free with the guest card. Cable cars and castles all within easy reach."
