"Pulled up and wanted to cancel reservation. This hotel has outside doors and I have two teenage girls with me. Once I spoke with the front desk, I felt at ease he reassured me it was safe and not to worry. Most people are here to go to Seaworld . The room was super clean. If it wasn’t for the Front desk I wouldn’t have stayed or even come up to the room. Nit sure how I missed it in the site . Booked in a rush. You need to give the front desk man (I forgot his name so sorry) a raise, if not...

"It was good for a place to rest our heads, only downside was the planes going overhead that would wake me and my husband, the kids slept right through it though so that’s a good plus! "

"Check in was easy and breakfast was good. Only issues were at check out at 9am. Someone double parked in the handcap space. There was also a car parked in the load in/out space. People were also smoking under the no smoking sign. I would have liked these to have been addressed by staff. It made for an unpleasant and tricky load out. "
