"I booked this room several months in advance for an event at Loretta Lynn's. When I booked this I requested and checked to be sure but I booked a nonsmoking room. We used to smoke and dont anymore so I would prefer a nonsmoking room. When we got to the hotel the front desk clerk was very apologetic because we didnt get our nonsmoking room.
