"We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The cottage was precious and very welcoming. The eclectic decor was amazing!!! The master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable!! The view of the Buffalo River could be seen throughout the house. Loved the vibe! The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The access to the river was difficult with VERY steep stairs that would be impassable by most prople. Definitely don’t consider this to have reasonable “river access”. "We enjoyed our stay. We were participating at Fall Jam at Loretta Lynn's Ranch. This Cabin was only 20 min away from the Ranch. It was the perfect location to just get away and relax. Milton was a great host and heheh3lpedhelpout.trtremendously. "

"Property bed situation not accurate. There are 2 queen beds up stairs. No full size bed. Efficiency kitchen has everything you need. Stairs are difficult for older adults and anyone with mobility issues...like a bad knee. Great gas grills. Comfortable living room sofas. Beds upstairs are comfortable and soft. We were never given a key or any way to lock the doors when leaving the cabin. Or even lock up at night. I would stay again."

"Very nice place. No bugs at all. Very clean. Did not use dog pen for my puppy but still had a ball. The driveway was a bit of surprise how steep it was going up or down hill. We got used to it. The owner was very attentive to any /all questions we had. Overall a very enjoyable week."
