"It’s a nice, quaint place. The staff was friendly, when they were there. The front desk closes early so there isn’t anyone there to help. I was a bit disappointed that the fireplace in the common area was never on so sitting in the common area was cold. The bedroom and bathroom were clean but the bed and especially the pillows were very uncomfortable. Bring your own pillows. Breakfast was delicious. Location to the mountain was great and had shuttle service. I would go back with a little less...

"There was renovation going on we were unaware of ahead of time. Also the game room was closed. Room was brand new and clean & comfortable. There was ice all built up on the stairs by the entrance near our room. A shovel and salt and sand mix as if they know this happens but didn’t take the time to do anything about it. "We had a really great stay for Valentine’s Day weekend. Only complaint we have is we both had sore backs after 2 nights, the beds are not comfortable at all. We talked about going back a few times a year but the beds may be enough of a reason not to unfortunately. The staff and everything else were wonderful! "
