If you like connection then maybe its not the best hotel for you, but the contactless check in was simple and the service via Whats App was great. The xmas night market was just outside the hotel, which made it very magical. Highly recommend staying here. "

"This hotel was beautiful! We had a car, which made it easy to get to. There was a bus station at the bottom of the hill if you don't have a car. Stephanie, our hostess, was so nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The restaurant was closed for dinner the two nights we were there during the week. I would recommend this place if you want an excellent view of the ALPS."

"The location is around 10-15 mins walking distance from Zurich main station. There is no reception in this hotel, self check in service is provided, it is smooth. There is no lift for this 4 storeys building, but luggage lift is provided. It is pity, I didn't notice that after I pick up luggage to the 4th floor. However, I can make it when check-out.
