"The property is clean, well laid out, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Our room had some cosmetic damage from previous guests and possibly a water leak; however, it did not interfere with our stay. Unfortunately, breakfast was a disappointment; by 8am there was no gravy or sausages available. There were only Luke warm eggs and white sliced bread. "The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast includes boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereal, and yogurt. Bananas and apples were also available. Hot water and water pressure were excellent in our room. Bed was comfortable and extra blanket was in the closet. Microwave is a little worn, but it works. Refrigerator also included in the room. Easy access to downtown Chattanooga. Convenient to Racoon Mountain and Lookout Mountain attractions."

"When I arrived it was quick and easy! First thing I noticed was how good it smelt in the lobby. And it carried into the room. Smelt super clean. The beds and pillows were insanely comfy! The only negatives I had was how little sealed the door was to outside. I could easily hear conversations and cars coming and going. And being on the lower level someone was running around their room until late. I’d just request a room on the upper level next time "
