"Hotel staff greeted us very well and check in was quick and easy. Katiya was very friendly and gave us a nice room on 8th floor and it was a great view to imperial castle and main train station as it was a corner room. Room was confortablr however storage space was very minimum and in room there was only few hangers and rod. no extra facilities such as warm water kettle, coffee machine, etc. Overall the location was very convenient so such small things didn’t matter to us. I would come back...

"The hotel is located in a great location and the hotel restaurant is excellent. The staff are friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. The housekeeping staff could do a better job and replace water and other mini-bar items on a regular basis."

"Easiest stay in Germany so far. Parking was easy to find and the staff was excellent. Even gave you delicious Lebkuchen, plus 2 free beers and water. The location was amazing for the city center and an easy walk or scooter ride away from anything. I loved out stay. The only down side was the cleanliness, but even then, it wasn’t too bad. "

"This Nuremberg hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff was very supportive and welcoming, the location was perfect (between the railroad station and Christmas Mart / sights), and the room was spacious, comfortable, with great amenities. This will be our landing spot anytime we visit Nuremberg!!!"
