It is located very conveniently for exploring Vienna on a limited budget for those with very modest accommodation requirements. You'll have to put up with some very noisy guests at times and not all house facilities are working as they should."

"The staff was good. In the washroom, there is no shampoo. The wifi connection was not good. There was no recharge point for Canadian mobiles and laptops. Because of this, we could not use our mobiles. At least they should have an adaptor in the future. "

"This building is in an industrial section. The air conditioning in the little box room was not working and even though it was promised to be fixed before evenibg it was not. There are steel shutters to keep it safe and the light out but meant there is no airflow with thw window open. The door was super heavy and secure. There is no reception, no food nearby and the beds were super soft with poor foam on top to try and rescue them. We stayed one night and found a new hotel for our next night,...

"Quiet, near the metro, exceedingly friendly staff. The only real inconvenience is the absence of room service or a nearby restaurant during weekends or off hours. Otherwise superb."
