"Fantastic basic but clean and comfortable, let’s face it you only need a bed, toilet and shower and for the room rate close to the city centre this place is a bargain. Will be staying again."

"As soon as we walked in the door we were made very welcome, the staff and owner were all so helpful and nothing was to much trouble, they also welcome dogs and have pet friendly surroundings Good food friendly bar Highly recommend "

"Everyone is very lovely & welcoming. I really enjoyed this hotel especially for its location, handiness to a pub and the lovely modern rooms. 100% this has been our favourite hotel we have stayed at in Manchester and it definitely won’t be the last. Can’t wait to return "

"My stay was ok the bed was to soft for my back didn't get a good sleep on my first night there my car window was smashed in there car park did not get any contact off the staff about the inserdent it would of been courteous don't think I would stay there again "
