The staff were super friendly and gave great recommendations. The soup and salad "snack" at 4 PM was one of the highlights of my trip, so delicious! "We stayed here on our way to Basel for New Years and it was a quaint little hotel near a skiing hotspot. The fog in the area was quite thick so we unfortunately couldn’t take in the beauty of the area. The breakfast was rather limited compared to other places we stayed and parking was across the street in a shopping plaza lot but close enough not to be inconvenient. There were only a couple of restaurants that were open nearby and most people were in town for the skiing. Sad we couldn’t take one...

"This place was nice to stay in interlaken. Close you interlaken west station, close to markets. Interlaken is not a big town so you can walk everywhere if you have your stay booked in interlaken. Because its a self check in there is no one in the front desk to get service. If you need extra service such as towels, you would need to talk to people in the morning around 10am when they are here to clean rooms."

"Cute, clean hotel. Owners Nadia and Thomas are incredibly warm and hospitable. Located on the main shopping street in Engelberg. Easy walk to the train station and ski lift. Also very accessible bus service to the lifts. "
