"I didn't catch his name but the gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and very friendly. The rooms are so quiet, even when the hotel is full. Very clean, very new and I love the fact that you can get fresh brewed coffee, tea, or hot chocolate anytime of the day or night!"

"Our "suite" was pretty austere and sterile, but was clean and the bed was comfortable. The elevator was not working at the time, but we were able to manage the stairs to the second floor. Please note that the kitchenette has no dishes, pots, pans, etc--nothing, although it did have a working frig, which was helpful for us on our recent road trip east."
