"Nice getaway spot! We didn’t have quite the view of the river as pictured on VRBO (area was a bit overgrown) but we still enjoyed relaxing on the back porch taking in the surroundings. If you happened to forgot anything (toiletries, sunscreen, etc) chances are this host provided it! Very thoughtful. House is well supplied with kitchen necessities, games, movies & resources for things to do in the area. Even though there is no WIFI, as host stated, we were able to watch tv with the antenna. "The house was very clean, she had wax warmers on for a nice scent all through the house. the road was extremely bumpy but that was in the description so no complaints here. the dock view was beautiful. some fire wood would have been nice to have though considering it did rain when we were there. overall a great experience!"
