"My only complaint was that the door is extremely heavy. It was a handicapped room and no one who was alone in a wheelchair would be able to open the door without assistance. Also the curtains were askew and unable to be opened. I was told that they were “waiting for a part” and to allow the time to have that happen. "

"Perfect for a one night stay on our way to NC. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable, although the bedspreads were thin and there were no extra blankets. Appreciated the handicapped amenities. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was decent. I just wish our room wouldn't have had a door to the adjoining room which had young children who WAILED until 10 p.m."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Harrisburg. One of the highlights was the heated pool—it was the perfect way to relax after a long day. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast offered a great variety of options. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. The convenient location also made it easy to explore nearby attractions. I highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again."

"This should be the standard that all others follow. Very sensitive to the needs of their patrons. So nice to be able to cook in your own room- 2 burner cooktop, fridge, microwave, sink, a good supply of dishes, even a dishwasher and paper towels!! All this for a price of a regular room!! Very clean, comfortable, modern- but not too modern. Beds and pillows were very comfortable!! Highly satisfied!!"

"The townhomes my friends and I stayed in were close to identical. The only downside was the amount of hair found in the bathrooms. Other than this, they were well stocked with paper items and included plenty of towels for everyone. The beds were comfortable, the couch was large and good for socializing. The kitchen came with all the gear you need. We had deer come up to the back windows in the mornings. The decks wwere a nice addition. "
