"This hotel has spacious rooms and lovely windows to look over the city. What was absolutely outstanding was the customer service and genuine care from staff. We needed to extend our stay on our day of check out after being hospitalised in kandy. The staff organised everything and even waited until we were discharged from hospital at 1230AM to hand deliver us our room key and make sure we got in safe. "

"The place looked nice. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Took personal care of their guest and even had suggestions. Gave us a little gift at our checkout.
