"For me, my son, and dog traveling and stopped a couple days. The staff were unbelievably kind, and helpful. It was clean. My dog wasn't treated as a nuisance but as an actual guest!! "I booked this stay in order to surprise a lifelong friend. My family (14 y/o boy and 9 y/o boy) believes in swimming. Upon arrival my husband and I were informed that the pool and hot tub were out of commission and that the elevator was also out of order. We were offered a full refund, but, we decided to stay.
