"Good news : Everything from here is a downhill walk. Everything was clean, modern, and in good repair. My first floor single on the all female floor was very cozy. Window opened. Desk top fan provided. No air conditioning. The first day my room was VERY hot when I returned because the summer sun was beating into my room. The company provided a partial refund to amend the missing amenities. I was disappointed to not have the amenity, but happy that the company took my complaint seriously and worked to improve the situation."
