"Pleasantly surprised. This La Quinta has recently updated rooms that have been repainted. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The fridge, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, and microwave were useful. Breakfast was minimal but I had no complaints. For the price this worked out great. You might need to request daily service. That’s not a given. In 4 days, housekeeping never came by on their own. Otherwise, pretty solid experience. "

"The lady at the front desk was helpful and friendly. I'm not sure she understood everything I said but it was enough to communicate my needs. Our phone in the room didn't work, nor did our TV remote. I had to go to the front desk to get a comforter and a remote control. They don't use comforters here so I got another (warm) blanket. The bed was soft, as in we both rolled to the middle and it was difficult for us to get out of. It was nice enough for us but not a 5 star hotel. They have a pool...
