"Arriving at 2 in the morning didn’t help, having been delayed at the Channel Tunnel for 8 hours, but the check in process is complicated for the uninitiated. "it was scary and unsafe in the area, the property was poorly maintained and was not as represented in the booking site. Upon arrival in the neighborhood we saw many buildings with broken out windows and people living on the street. The area was trashed out. We saw a drug deal happening in the parking lot of the hotel. There were no other cars in the parking lot and no other guests. I spoke to the clerk about our concerns. He warned us that there was frequent crime in the area and told us we...
