"Our family had to check in after hours, the attendant on duty had a look of annoyance on his face for sure looking like “ don’t try it”, which might be taken offensively by others even still everything went well check in. The room I was assigned was not equipped with anything extra other than a little soap and towel for dishes. "

"Our stay was on the whole fine, but we ran into a few problems. The bed in our first room was broken when we arrived, but we were switched to a different room right away. The shower was dangerously slippery and really needed some textured stickers on the floor to be safe. The hot tub jets in the pool area did not work. "Serves the purpose of sleeping and showering if your looking for luxury your not gonna find it here it is however inexpensive and clean they are. Working on the place and updating rooms staff is pleasant it serves the basic needs"

"The hotel is in easy walking district of historic Main Street St. Charles. Parking was convenient. I liked they had an underground with lots of large parking spots. Our room needed vacuumed by the entry way. It was clearly not done as someone's bobby pin was on the floor and a few other large particles of unknown somethings. I did a quick check of the rest of the room and found it all quite clean otherwise so I wonder if the cleaning cart might have been there and they missed moving the...

"It was a great stay. We got in very late our first night and we were exhausted. They helped us with a very speedy check in. My daughter was so excited every day the housekeepers came and asked to be their friend. Pool wasn’t heated so it was a little cold but we still had fun in it. I loved they had a fairly large kiddy pool since we didn’t bring any floaties. They had the best free breakfast I’ve ever had at any hotel. With toppings for your yogurt, waffles or bagels.
