"Amazingly friendly staff, room dated but clean. key things not checked before we arrived - TV remote needed new batteries so we couldnt watch TV and the bath tap just ran all the time, no cold only scalding hot water from shower. We didnt complain or raise as we were hardly in the room so didnt impact us that much. "

"My hat goes off to the area for doing the best they can do do too the effects from a massive hurricane weeks prior. So there wasn't as many businesses open do to being flooded out. Room was clean and staff was great. We'd stay again. "

"Mountain Inn & Suites is a nice little hotel in Erwin TN. The same Erwin TN that just got wiped out from hurricane Helene flooding. Hotels.com refuse to give me a refund even though they have received photos of the entire hotel in shambles with nothing but piles of debris all around it. They are not and were not open. I could not call the hotel and reschedule. But Hotels.com says they cannot refund me even though the hotel was closed and halfway underwater. Hotels.com is a complete scam. I would...
