"I was in town with my teenage son and his friend for a concert and needed a place to stay that was clean, roomy, and convenient. This apartment was exactly what I was looking for! It's also in a great area with lots of dining and shopping options within walking distance. The owner provided great communication the entire stay. "This little gem was perfect for my sister and I. You can see the owners were very intentional in their design and functionality of this home. The location is quiet in the country, and the trains that pass by add to the excitement of seeing and hearing them. The owners made the entire process of staying there easy, and were available should any needs arise. Each bedroom had their own bathroom which made our stay there feel like a 5 star hotel. Already looking forward to another visit!"

"Wonderful property and a very accommodating host. Love that we could purchase original art from the walls of our room. Only issue, as a 6 foot 3 inch tall guy, is the shower is indeed small. It is disclosed, and while I tight fit, was immaculately clean. Next time we are in Johnson City we would not hesitate to stay here again!"

"Our host was top notch and we loved the free snacks.I would make one communication recommendation. There was a min-fridge in our room and we just assumed it was on.
