"This is an older place, but it's very nice and updated, for the most part. Breakfast could be much better but that's true at most hotels with free breakfast today, but theirs was a bit worse than most. Regardless, I would, absolutely, stay there again! It's also right next door to a Hooter's Restaurant which stays open a little later than most other places in the area, so if you arrive late and need food or a drink, you have an option right next to the main entrance of the hotel. Decent free...

"It was a nicely renovated hotel. Had a pleasant check in experience. Only downside was being woken up by housekeeping at 8:30 in the morning entering my room without knocking. They said they thought I checked out already. Kinda unsettling waking up to someone in my room."

"I’ve never stayed in an Extended Stay property. The property is definitely travel worn. The rooms are spacious and bed linens were clean. Our room was clean enough. Justin at the front desk was soooo pleasant and helpful! When we requested to see one of the rooms he obliged. No attitude or anything even offered to keep the rooms if we wanted to search for other accommodations. Thank you sir, we really appreciated that."

"My experience of the Best Western Plus near the Newark Airport has been excellent. I've stayed there twice and choose a different hotel in between that was no where near the service and convenience of BW. The shuttle service is terrific. The rooms are clean and offer terrific space. But it's the staff that is truly exceptional. Though I neglected to get their names, the woman and man at the desk on the morning of August 16th were the epitome of customer service. They went out of their way to...
