First stay was a power outage later in the evening for nearly 2 hours, second stay power was out upon arrival but was restored shortly after. (both times WERE NOT THE FAULT OF THE PROPERTY). I'm thinking just poor luck timing"

"It was old and out of dated. No shampoo in the room and if you wanted the room to be clean, you have to leave the tag on the door knob or that will not clean. But it is cheap for the night. "
