"Close to shops, transport and food. Safe car park. But smelly hallway and toilets. Toilets not always clean. Shower hot water doesn't heat up, cold showers. Bed linen had urine stains, and bugs in the room. When squished blood came out. Horrible. Room ceiling light unclean."

"Staff are friendly & accommodating. Bed was comfortable but room was lacking in provisions. As there were no coffee cups, no tea towel or hand towel, no soap or shampoo for shower. Improvisation was key for this stay."
