"The rooms have a faint smell of moldy odor, the bathroom shower curtain was filthy, the carpets across the hallways and rooms is filthy. The room we were in carpets didn’t look like they’d been vacuumed. Stains on the white lamp covers, the hot tub and pool had sand at the bottom and the areas around each were dirty and unsanitary. Breakfast was disgusting with very limited options. Our first room the heating/ac didn’t work so they gave us another room that was more unsanitary than the first...

"Fantastic place to stay when you need a quick getaway! We are locals and love staying here while we visit the hot springs. The people at the desk are so nice, check-in and out are super easy, and the beds are very comfy. They recently updated the rooms and kept the prices the same, thank you for doing that! We'll always stay here!"
