Was jedoch sehr stören war: Trinkgläser nur mit Putzlappen rundherum, oben gereinigt. Fettfinger Abdrücke unten.Echt ecklig!! Dazu war ein Glas gesprungen. Gut habe ich es vorher noch gesehen. "The location is around 10-15 mins walking distance from Zurich main station. There is no reception in this hotel, self check in service is provided, it is smooth. There is no lift for this 4 storeys building, but luggage lift is provided. It is pity, I didn't notice that after I pick up luggage to the 4th floor. However, I can make it when check-out. "Our room was extremely clean and just what we needed. The hotel is located around 5-10min walk from the town centre and station. It is not really a hotel but a collection of rooms within what appeared to be a residential building but it was all very clean, efficient and modern. We would happily stay here again."
