"I was a bit nervous in the days leading up to this stay knowing that it is a hotel without a traditional check in desk (not because I am against this, just if there are issues it could be difficult), and others have had difficulty locating the building. "The room is very nice but heated up overnight and the controls did not seem to work. The bus service was limited so I had to leave on the first bus to ensure I caught my train. I had been staying in Inverness at a nice B and B earlier for the same cost, very nicely presented, near town and I got breakfast so this had far less going for it."

It is a nice bungalow with a lovely view in a quiet setting. It was raining and cold, but the radiant heat was set low and it took overnight to be warm enough to be comfortable.
