"Fantastic hotel across the road from the Black Sea. Hotel is beautiful and clean and staff were extremely friendly – especially the man who carried our bags to our room. Our room was spacious and overlooked the water. Buffet breakfast was fantastic with lots to choose from. Lovely bar area at the front of the hotel. It is not far from the town centre but you will need to get a taxi or a bus to get there or drive. There is a free carparking in the front of the hotel. The only issue was...

"Overall, a really great hotel and the location is beautiful. The staff were really friendly, however the room wasn't ready when we arrived an hour after check-in. That would have been fine with us if we were told, but we were sent to our room and a lot of the basic amenities were not ready (water, coffee, hand towels, bath mat, bath towels, toilet paper). "Room was clean and comfortable. Smelled a little of smoking. Noisy from above. Breakfast was plated and smoking was allowed in part of the breakfast room. Stayed one night. A bit expensive for what it was"

"This was a beautiful hotel, well decorated in the room and the lobby areas. Delicious breakfasts and great customer service. It is a short taxi ride from the town centre, and walking distance from some of the local sights. "

"Average hotel. Seems to be poorly managed. At check-in, we ask for 2 keys and we were told we could only get one. At check-out we were asked where the second key was. Breakfasts items are not replenished and were mostly empty when we were there. Elevator broke down and when fixed, there was no light inside it. There are bedside lamps so at night half of the room was dark. When we came into the room at first, locker was broken and needed to be reset. Just a very dysfunctional hotel."
