"reat location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about th,e hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. "The property and staff were excellent. Breakfast was great (and complimentary). I rented a king suite and it had a small kitchen, but I wish there was more provided in the kitchen such as dish soap, a sponge, a knife, more cookware etc. the bathroom was great, there was a washer but no dryer so we weren’t able to do our laundry due to the winter conditions outside. The room had a lake view which was absolutely stunning. It was the best part of the property. Unfortunately because the property is really high up so you’re kind of stranded without a car. We booked a car tour through the hotel to go to Uzungol for one whole day, and the next day we booked a car to take us to and from the forum shopping mall, which was excellent. I’d highly recommend this place to any visitor!"
