"Was pleasantly surprised. Room was mostly clean, but the floors need a serious mopping. My feet were actually black on the bottom after walking around. It surprised me, because everything else was spotless. Bed was amazing and the response from the office was excellent, when our reservation was messed up (not their fault). We will consider staying there again."

"Close to everything in Lynchburg, whether you’re here for school, shopping, or visiting like we were. We loved coming in after our excursions during the day and grabbing a hot chocolate on the way up to our room. Sarah at the front desk, usually second shift, was absolutely wonderful! She always had great recommendations, including Mr. Goodies, a local dessert bar that was fantastic!! The only drawback was how loud the hotel could get. "The hotel is currently under renovation and I didn’t know that when I booked. There’s a layer of construction dust covering the air filter/vent of the Heat/AC unit. Other than that, I like how convenient it was to book and find the place. Nice clean shower and comfortable bed. Thank you."
