"OK, this is not a new hotel, but they are trying their very best to renovate it. I love the pool area, atrium, and breakfast area. The breakfast had a great selection. The front desk is super friendly and willing to help in any way possible. The room was older but very clean and comfortable. The area is good, safe, and it is on the river with a walking trail. They also accept dogs with one of the smallest fees! People that are giving it negative reviews are comparing to other newer hotels...

"Only drawback was the heater/ac in room. Ran constantly and very loud. Had to shut completely off to sleep. "
