The staff ranged from adequate to fantastic. It was a weird mix. It's a very old hotel and you can definitely tell. Lots of little things need better maintenance. Not a bad hotel but not worth the new hotel prices.

Breakfast was good, but it’s a limited free menu at the Boston's restaurant that’s attached to the hotel so it was well made but you have a waitress you should probably tip for the delivery since they had a full menu I believe you could also order from for a cost.

It was hard to be on the 2nd floor and have no elevator. We have four kids and a lot of stuff. It was also not convenient for there not to be a bathroom by the pool. There needed to be more usb plugs. I love how big the room was! We had plenty of room for all the kids. The people in the dining area were very nice and the food was yummy.
