"Where do I start, first the parking lot had not been salted and was very icy. The room was dark and dingy. The bed linens were stained and rough. The bathroom smelled musty, toilet barely flushed, water pressure was terrible. The floors were sticky. The heat barely worked( it was in the low 20s outside and felt about as cold inside) People all hours of the night slammed their doors and were very loud in the halls. "Only stayed for a night during our travels, but rooms were spacious and clean, and beds were very comfortable. Staff were great, pool area was very clean and there is a nice hot breakfast spread available in the morning. Very convenient location with lots of options for food and quick shopping available, including a Sonic directly in the same parking lot. "
