"Booked 3 nights at JW Marriott Xi’an Southwest, room is new, spacious and clean. Bathroom view is very nice for the studio room I booked. The first 2 nights are great, however the last night we had encountered a security incident, while we are sleeping, a Korean guest who stay at the room beside us are drunk and keep smashing our door at midnight around 2 am, and the hotel staff wasn’t able to stop him immediately. "The food served is lousy. The food in the Sheraton club is even worse. The seating arrangement there is also bad. A 5 star hotel should be much better. The room tried to be cyber and intelligent but in a stupid way. "We stayed for 5 nights. We appreciated that the we were given an upgrade. The front desk personnel were very helpful. The downside was that the room's carpet had several stains and we couldn't control the temperature of the room (set at 24C) which made our stay not as comfortable or satisfied."
