"We loved our room and enjoyed walking our yorkies in the park and nearby neighborhood. We liked the food at the restaurant next to the property. Above all we loved meeting the owners and Roger at the desk. They were all so kind and helpful and extended our stay after our truck broke down in our parking spot. Also they are nice and pet friendly and had special treats for our picky little dogs that they gobbled up EVERYONE"

"Perfect if you’re looking for something that’s not all full of unnecessary bells and whistles. Rooms are clean and have necessities and amenities like a shower with near-neverending hot water, a mini-fridge, and a beautiful skylight. Huge plus to be able to park right next to your front door. Will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re through Santa Fe on a budget."

"Met with the owners and they were nice folks. In terms of the home, location would be the highest point I can give. It's an older home with some renovation being done and unfortunately it's not completed yet. The range and waste disposal wasn't working, the balance of heat throughout the house needs some work as 1st floor room was cold while upstairs were hot. 2nd floor bathtub faucet needs to be looked at, Appreciate some of the amenities care such as water, coffee, tea and wine. Thank you"

"I stayed here with my family December 23-27 to celebrate the Christmas holiday. This home’s main heat source is heated radiant floors from the boiler in the garage (I have the same heat source at my own home in Boulder, CO). It takes approximately 24-48 hours to heat a home with radiant floors, depending on the house. We drove from Boulder only to arrive to a 48-50 degree home inside. It took a solid two days to heat the home to 72 degrees. Strongly suggest triple checking that the management...
