Rooms are clean and have necessities and amenities like a shower with near-neverending hot water, a mini-fridge, and a beautiful skylight. Huge plus to be able to park right next to your front door. Will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re through Santa Fe on a budget."

"Met with the owners and they were nice folks. In terms of the home, location would be the highest point I can give. It's an older home with some renovation being done and unfortunately it's not completed yet. The range and waste disposal wasn't working, the balance of heat throughout the house needs some work as 1st floor room was cold while upstairs were hot. 2nd floor bathtub faucet needs to be looked at, Appreciate some of the amenities care such as water, coffee, tea and wine. Thank you"

"This property was perfect for our stay during Christmas week. Quiet neighborhood with a great backyard for our pups. Walking trail close by. Easy drive to the downtown area shopping and restaurants. The home was very clean and had fully appointed kitchen and bathrooms. The owners thought of every detail. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t already there. They left us delicious treats and wine to welcome us. Would definitely rent this property for our next visit to Santa Fe."
