Hotel positive - Staff in general very good, cleanliness and especially breakfast staff, breakfast choices, and my fav the hot breakfast! Hotel negative: One front desk clerk had attitude esp. to me as an Expedia booking... No staff issues otherwise. No TV channel guide or TV operation guidance... You are on your own to learn use of remote and how to navigate channels. Also, my first day there was Sunday...

"I checked in after 9 p.m. When I arrived in my room and tried to call the front desk to ask a question athe phone did not work properly, so I had to walk all the way from the end of the hall where my room was to the front desk just to ask a question The TV remote didn't have an on button, so I had to take another trip to the front desk to replace it. Dishes were not in the room, so I had to take a third trip to the front desk to pick up a bowl, plate and fork. It was not until that last walk...

Bathrooms are outdated but room looked clean, overall. No issues with parking. Biggest turn off was the smell of sewage that was sooo strong by the elevators. Made eating breakfast there very unappealing. "
