"We only stayed one night but the house was perfect for our needs. The main family room/kitchen area was perfect for all of us to comfortably sit together, and the bedroom layout was great for two families (two “wings”). The hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Would just suggest two hairdryers (one in each bathroom - if there was a second, we did not see it) and shower soap. The bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable and everything went smoothly. "

"This cozy home was perfect for my coaches & I that were in town for a lacrosse tourney @ the Naval Academy. This home is literally less than 100 steps from the gate of the Naval Base and same distance to dowtown Annapolis city docks, diming, shopping and sight-seeing. We will defintely be back! One skinny parking place was appreciated and reasonable for a standard size vehicle (not super truck or SUV). Enjoyed the older character of the home and modern conveniences as well as small outdoor space that was very nicely landscaped with flowers. "

"Despite the rainy weather from hurricane Debby, our family enjoyed our stay at this house/ property. The property was well appointed and we didn’t need for anything. We loved the porch, the dock and the water views. The house was very clean and there was plenty of space to spread out if needed. It was a peaceful getaway. "We stayed here for four days over July 4th holiday. The house is clean, modern, updated and looked new on the inside. Well equipped with linens, towels, bath products, appliances and accessories. Conveniently located to Herrington Harbor marina for events and weddings. Huge fenced backyard which was great for kids and pets to run around. There were a couple of minor issues with the AC (due to a storm power outage) and the guests before us also didn’t take out their trash so the can was full. But...

"We enjoyed our time here. The location is perfect, right on the water with beautiful sunset views. I thought the home could have some more seating space in the main living room area, but it worked well for our family of 5 (4 adults, 1 child). There was a bit of a musty smell throughout the duration of the stay, but it didn't hinder our enjoyment of the property. We'd definitely stay there again."

"The property should not be rented. The house structurally is not safe, there are many safety hazards. There is no front door. A storm door is not a door. We felt unsafe at night. The stove was not useable. There is no range to it. You cannot use it without a range above it. There were several outlets without outlet covers and were pulled out, the fridge does not work - it does not get cold enough, the freezer was full of someone else’s food. bugs, mice, everywhere in the basement and upstairs....
