"They're remodeling, so it was a mess. The shower floor was extremely slippery because there were no strips laid down. We put a towel down to avoid falling. Shuttles don't run until 5am, and we needed to be at the airport at 3:30, so had to find alternate transportation. "

She showed the patience of a saint with the man checking in before me, maintaining a professional, bubbly attitude despite his sense of entitlement. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy.
