"It was definitely a bit more rundown than shown in the photos, but the room was affordable and served its purpose and the front desk staff were super helpful and nice! It’s also in walking distance to a large shopping center with lots of food options. "

"We live 30 mins from Sebastopol, but were co-hosting a NYE party down the street from the hotel & decided to stay so we didn’t have to drive home. Everything was great at the Fairfield from the moment we checked in with the cool gentleman at the desk, to the cozy, quiet room, to the abundant continental breakfast they served. There were also other out of town guests who attended our party that stayed there too. I’d totally go back and stay there if needed & would suggest it to out of towners...

"Excellent stay at the Best Western Garden, I must say that my wife and I loved staying there, it is a very nice place to stay in Santa Rosa, CA. The staff is super friendly, the place is very clean, it is super quiet, the cafeteria is very good, there are many places to eat nearby, and it is super safe, parking is easy, a super nice place, I will definitely stay there again."

"The staff were very friendly and we able to help is with any difficulty that accured. Housekeeping staff were helpful. It was really nice stay. The location of the hotel was great there wasn't much traffic."
