"We nearly always stay at the Hampton when visiting family in Oneonta and New Kingston. Front desk people are always friendly, helpful and professional. We don’t request daily room service, not needed. Our only complaint was two containers of conditioner in the shower instead of one of shampoo and one of conditioner. Breakfast is adequate most mornings although the coffee doesn’t have much flavor it’s always available. "

"Reasonable price, Very clean and everyone was so friendly. They had a nice free breakfast to choose from with cereals bagels, etc. I only stayed overnight and it was great for the price very clean and everyone was really nice. It’s not a modern updated room but clean - that’s all I cared about."

"Hotel staff was great. They gave us sleds to use on the hills next to the hotel. Hotel could use some updates but it was clean. The breakfast was great but the staff that took care of replenishing the breakfast and keeping things clean went above and beyond. He was up wiping tables constantly and making sure everything was clean and organized at the buffet, he even offered to make my son a special breakfast the following day but we were leaving. Very impressed! "
