"Check in process was a little slow for 10 PM at night, but everything was clean. My room was fantastic. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were great. It was quiet and the staff was friendly. I would recommend and stay here again."

"I had the airport shuttle pick me up Monday night. It was not the Tru Hilton van, had other hotel names on it. The driver said they switch around and he was supposed to take me there. As a single, older woman, I was nervous and wished the front desk staff person would have told me it was a different van."
