"Friendly staff although half way through check in went and dealt with others. Tea/coffee making facilities but no tea/coffee (very odd), just a shower gel and soap bar in the bathroom, no shampoo/conditioner. There was water in the fridge though and our beds were made each day. Offered a deal on car hire but when we went back it's like we made it up. All this said though when we thought our ferry was cancelled, they happily made calls to get answers. I honestly think we just got the end of...

She gave us a wonderful restaurant recommendation which we ate at for the three nights we were there. The washing line outside our room was great because we were able to hand wash clothes which then dried quickly.
