"This is above a pub 2 minutes from the station. Eaglescliffe is a nice place to stay though there isn't much around the station to look at. The hotel is a bit basic but clean and good value for money."

"We came here as we wanted to spend the weekend in york but didnt want to stay in the centre so choose to stay further out. So glad we did it was really peacefull not to far away from the centre of york. The motel was lovely as soon as you walked in you could smell the cleanliness. It was so clean and fresh. Beautifully decorated. The pictures do not do it justice. I would 100% recommend whether your a family or a couple. Plus the chinese restaurant/pub at the end of the drive is amazing and...

Our stay was incredibly relaxing and peaceful. Sean was a wonderfully welcoming host. Highly recommend spending a couple of hours in the BBQ hut as well. Overall, we couldn’t recommend this place more!"
