"On the first morning of my stay, the coffee maker in my room failed to work, but the kind chamber lady in the hallway quickly switched it out and it did work thereafter. I discovered also on my first morning. There was only lukewarm to very cool water in the shower, which was rather disappointing."

After waiting for a while, she also was confused on if we made the payment (payment was made in full months prior to our trip). We ended up spending an extra 30 minutes (in addition to the longer period of time spent on check in) in our room to try to connect with someone at Hotels.com to clarify the payment situation.
