"The hairdryer was not working, ensured it was plugged in , pushed the reset button, the test button etc. Then called front desk and she said she can’t do anything, she has no clue where the hair dryers were and no clue as to where to look. "My only complaint was the late noise in the hallways but I understand that those responsible were removed from the hotel. Still could have used a good nights sleep before getting on the road. "
