"Stayed in the old part of the main hotel. Bed was hard, hallways smelled stale, silverfish running around on bathroom floor. Room was “rustic”. BUT time spent in hot springs were magic. Check in experience was good, BUT waited nearly an hour in line at 6pm on Valentines evening. Lots of staff, just BUSY. Will we go back….maybe. "
