"The majority of the staff were welcoming, friendly and wonderful. The bartender and service the evening of Feb 26th was awful. He could not have made us feel less welcomed. We stood in the bar area for a solid 5+ minutes, waiting for the bartender to finish chatting with someone who was working on her laptop. When he finally acknowledged us, we asked for the food & drink menu. It was at 9:30pm, just after the Clemson basketball game. We were told, “food’s done at 9”. The bar and cafe/small...

"Hotel itself was very nice. Problem at check-in when we had no reservation. For some reason, there was lack of communication between the hotel and Hotels.com. I have used Hotels.com for many years; never had an issue. Anyway, the local hotel reserved us a nice king suite, both staff and us called Hotels.com and solved the payment issue. It all turned out OK."
