"Basic, Value for Money Bed and Breakfast Accommodation This is a very good basic, value for money B&B yet it is not a hotel as advertised as amongst other missing hotel amenities it does not have a bar or restaurant serving anything other than breakfast. On my stay, on a cold autumn night, the heating was not turned on until the early morning, and the bedding was damp and cold with the feeling that they had just come out of the washing machine and I could not connect the Wi-Fi. I will not...

The only thing that I would say tainted the stay was that I couldn’t turn the heating off in the room and with the room being small and at the top of the building, it was so, so hot. "Highly recommended. Super organised and friendly owners that are providing a very high standard. We regularly stay in Brixham when we are putting the boat and and out of the water or seeing mates and there is some good accommodation in the town but this is now our favourite place. It’s very easy to access with the waterfront restaurants and best bits, contactless check in and then a great view at breakfast over the inner harbour. "
