" Staff is very nice. I originally booked a room at another local hotel due to the low price, but cancelled after seeing low Google reviews. So glad I cancelled it and chose the Best Western Inn of Nacogdoches. Room was extremely clean and absolutely no bugs or roaches like I read about at some of the other local hotels around! "Ms.Rachel was amazing at check in. We mentioned going to the hot tub and after check in she went and got the jets started and sat towels out for us. She was very informative on questions we had as well. Very bubbly personality. Room was large. And the bed was very soft and inviting. Our shower head had great pressure. Breakfast was a good hot breakfast choice. Wish they would have had bacon. Very good neighborhood and quiet. "

"I visit Nac 4-6 times a year and like to stay at this hotel when visiting. It’s a convenient location and it’s always very clean! The biggest bonus for this place is it’s decently priced and there are 0 bugs!!! (Unlike some of the other hotels I’ve stayed at there). NO bugs here!!! I’d give this place 10 stars for that alone!! It’s always very clean! Which I appreciate so much! "

"Check in was great fast and very friendly. Rooms were very clean set up nicely. Plenty of towls and coffee for the morning. The bed was extremely comfortable a solid bed with no lumps or drooping and the best pillows EVER, i was so yempted to snag one.
